What if I don't have Dialpad yet?

You'll need to sign up for a Dialpad account first. Dialpad offers a 14-day free trial. Once you have your Dialpad phone number set up, you can connect it to Koda.

Can I keep my existing business phone number?

Yes! You have two options:

  • Port your number: Transfer your existing number to Dialpad permanently (5-10 business days)
  • Forward calls: Keep your current phone service and forward calls to your new Dialpad number (instant setup)

Either way, your customers can keep calling the same number they always have.

What if I use a different phone system?

Currently, Koda only works with Dialpad. We're planning to add support for RingCentral, Grasshopper, and other phone systems in the future. Contact us to request a specific integration.

What Jobber plan do I need?

Koda works with all Jobber plans - Core, Connect, and Grow. You just need to be able to authorize third-party app connections.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use OAuth 2.0 to securely connect to Jobber and Dialpad - we never see your passwords. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You can disconnect at any time from your settings.

Can I try it before paying?
